Topic: Tom Houchen 'Early Years'

Here are some photos of my early bikes, the two stroke is a CZ and was me first bike. The AJS twin followed, the picture of leaning on the seat was taken at an RAF station in Norfolk, one of my mates joined up and we went down to try and see him. I was accompanied with another mate on his 350cc AJS.

...found another photo, it is me on my Ajay about 1958 at the top of Honister pass in the lakes, this was in the days when you could ride without a helmet. It may be of some interest.

Re: Tom Houchen 'Early Years'

Excellent photos, Tommy. How ever did you end up with a CZ? I can imagine spares weren't easy to find. Even at this early age I notice you have no intention of being seen on a Triumph.  smile

Try me best - honest! big_smile
